Telegram Ads Spy is a public, SEO-indexable archive of ad creatives that ran in public Telegram channels. We index content that Telegram already surfaces to its own users. See the methodology for how we collect and classify.

The website, RSS feeds, and JSON / CSV API are free to use without registration. Subscribing to alerts via our Telegram bot is free under the current Free tier (one active alert). Paid tiers — Pro and Business — lift limits on alerts, CSV export and API rate.

• Don't abuse the API — stay under reasonable rate limits. We may throttle or block IPs that hammer endpoints.
• Don't mirror the whole archive to a competing public archive — cite and link, or apply for a Business data licence.
• Don't use our data to harass advertisers or channel owners.
• Don't reverse-engineer the bot or scrape pages at a rate above 1 req/sec.

All indexed data is provided as-is. Reach, CPM and spend numbers are estimates computed from audience size and market data; they are signals, not contractual numbers. Niche and geo classifications are rule-based and imperfect. We correct known errors but do not guarantee completeness — see the coverage caveats in /about.

Ad creative text and media remain the intellectual property of their original advertisers. We index under fair-use research exceptions applicable in the Serbian (operator) and UAE (team) jurisdictions, plus the EU 2019/790 directive for users in the European Union. If you are the rights-holder and want a creative removed, file a takedown via /dmca — valid requests are honoured within 10 business days and the creative returns a 410 Gone indefinitely.

When you use @tgadsspybot, you consent to us storing your Telegram user id and basic profile for the purpose of delivering the alerts you subscribed to. We don't message you for anything else unless you opt in. Delete your account any time with /delete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the data — for example, commercial decisions you made based on our estimates.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes — pricing, data handling — will be announced via the bot and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
